To cook

Bring the food to a boil on the stove, then place the pot in the bag. The bag will continue to cook for you (up to a maximum of 5 hours).
1. Boil your ingredients

  • Place the saucepan on the heat and sauté your ingredients in oil/butter.
  • Add your dry ingredients.
  • Add water/broth and bring to a boil.
  • When the water is boiling thoroughly (100°C), turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid.

  • Place a protective cloth in the bottom of the bag to prevent soiling.
  • Place the saucepan in the bag.
  • Place the bag's lid on the pot lid.

  • Make sure the bag is properly closed.
  • Let it cook without reopening the bag.

  • Take the saucepan out of the bag.

To keep warm

1. Take your dish out of the oven or the fire
