Anything that cooks in liquid (water, broth, etc.). Very useful for cooking rice, legumes, soups, vegetables, stews, meats, fish, and even desserts (rice pudding).

Absolutely. It's exactly the same principle as a cooler, but flexible and machine washable. You can put your cold drinks or frozen food in the bag.

At the risk of disappointing you, the thermal bag is not recommended for cooking fries or other fried foods, oven baking (breads, cakes, pizzas), grilling, or recipes that require a lot of evaporation (risotto). However, the Jack Meal thermal bag can keep all these dishes warm.

Our bags are entirely designed and manufactured in France. Assembly is entrusted to social reintegration workshops such as the Résilience group.

We use a blend of textiles (cotton and technical fibers made in France and the EU) and plastics that are 100% collected and recycled in France. Each material is chosen for its performance, durability, and reduced environmental impact.

It is easy to wash by hand or machine (30°C), dries naturally, and can be repaired if necessary. Store it in a dry place away from direct heat. With proper care, it will last you for over 10 years.

Our logistics team is committed to preparing and shipping your order within 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method chosen, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days. Generally, you will receive your package 4 to 5 days after placing your order.

Our supply chain is 100% kraft paper and plastic-free. Our thermal bags are shipped with minimal packaging, in line with our environmental commitments. However, we are always available to answer your questions: please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
